Description:
When generating their non-encrypted bitstream file, they have encountered the error below
"ERROR - Bitstream cannot be generated, either because this device does not support IP Evaluation Mode or the Bitstream Strategy Setting for IP Evaluation Mode is set to False. Done: error code 1"
Solution:
This is a license issue that can be resolved by adding the LSC_RADIANT_SUBSCRIPTION Feature to your Radiant license.
