  • 消費電力モード：FD-SOIプログラム可能なバック・バイアスにより実現するユーザー選択可能な低消費電力モードと高性能モード
  • デザインのセキュリティ：ECDSAによるビットストリーム認証と、堅牢なAES-256 による暗号化
  • インスタント・オン構成：I/O構成は3ミリ秒、チップ全体の起動は8ミリ秒と高速
