Certus-NX

機能

  • 最大39Kのロジック・セル、2.9Mbのエンベデッド・メモリ、56の18 x 18マルチプライヤ、192のプログラマブルI/O、1レーンの5Gbps PCIe、2レーンの1.25Gbps SGMII、2つのADC（各12ビット、1MSPS）
  • 6 x 6 mmと小型のパッケージ、ボールピッチ・オプションは0.5mmと0.8mm
  • 消費電力モード：FD-SOIプログラム可能なバック・バイアスにより実現するユーザー選択可能な低消費電力モードと高性能モード
  • デザインのセキュリティ：ECDSAによるビットストリーム認証と、堅牢なAES-256 による暗号化
  • インスタント・オン構成：I/O構成は3ミリ秒、チップ全体の起動は8ミリ秒と高速
