In 10 GbE mode, the rb_flt_stt[1:0] bus indicates whether NO FAULT, a LOCAL FAULT or a REMOTE FAULT is received from the RX PCS DATA, as described in Table 46-5, section 46.3.4 Link fault signaling of the IEEE 802.3ae -2002 specification and the following table.
