All Devices: What exactly does "Storage Temperature (Ambient)" mean?
- Storage Temperature - temperature of the device when the power is OFF
- Ambient Temperature - temperature of the surroundings
- Operating Temperature - temperature of the device when the power is ON
- Storage Temperature (Ambient) - temperature of the surroundings when the power is OFF
- When referring to "Storage Temperature" only, we refer to Ambient Temperature, TA
- When referring to "Operating Temperature" only, we refer to Junction Temperature, TJ
- In FPGA-TN-02044-4.5, the following equations were used:
- The TA being referred to is the temperature of the surroundings when the power is ON
