Lattice Radiant: Why can't I program the external SPI Flash when TransFR is enabled?
Description:
Users does not successfully implement TransFR and fails to program the external SPI Flash.
Solution:
The TransFR should not be paired with MSPI = DISABLED.
The existing issue stated is consistent with the silicon and is considered to be the expected behavior on silicon. This is due to silicon limitations, where if TRANSFR is ENABLED, persist bits are latched at their current state.
It is advised to always ENABLE the MSPI during the TransFR = ENABLED.
