Description:
When launching Diamond software on Windows, below error might occur:
"ERROR - PM needs friend and was unable to locate it"
Solution:
This is an installation process issue.
This means that there is/are file/s on the installation directory that is/are missing during the installation process of Diamond.
It is highly recommended to reinstall Diamond Software.
