For Radiant : Click Subscription licensing form under Purchase/Renew Radiant License (http://www.latticesemi.com/en/Support/Licensing#purchase).
For Diamond : Click Subscription licensing form under Purchase/Renew Diamond Software License (http://www.latticesemi.com/en/Support/Licensing#purchase).
Click My Licenses where you can see all of the licenses generated for your email address.
