The Lattice Diamond Deployment tool does not support the .bin generation. The Diamond Deployment tool has the feature to convert JED to the Binary bitstream, ASCII Bitstream, intel hex, Motorola hex and other format files.
The JED2HEX.exe utility was provided earlier for the devices like LatticeXP2. This utility is no longer available.
