Description:
The Aldec license file is usually combined with the ispLEVER license and which will be set in the Environment Variable by setting the LM_LICENSE_FILE to the location of the license file. However, on certain occasions, the tool may still not be able to be invoked and in-turn will generate license error.
Solution:
To solve this issue, user may need to introduce another environment variable in addition to the LM_LICENSE_FILE. From the Environment Variables window, click on New. Fill the Variable name to be ALDEC_LICENSE_FILE and fill the Variable value to be the license file location (the same as the one set for LM_LICENSE_FILE).
