When using Lattice tools with Lattice Subscription License, an error is produced when the PC LAN cable is disconnected from the network.

There are two possible causes for this issue.


1. If Floating License is in use, the client machine should always be connected to the network to get the license information from the server while operating the tool.

2. If Node-Locked License is used, the issue is probably related to the MAC Address of the current network connection is changed; If this happens; please request a new license with the new MAC address of the network connection.
