There is no specific limit for ispVM System software. In theory, you can add devices until you run out of computer memory.
However, additional consideration must be taken in to account during board design, such as buffering and proper termination. Refer to our "In-System Programming Design Guidelines for ispJTAG Devices" technical publication for more details.
