The CertusPro-NX System on Module (SoM) Board is a comprehensive platform for rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and demonstration of high-performance embedded and AI-driven applications. The kit integrates the Lattice CertusPro-NX FPGA SoM, a versatile carrier board, and support for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (RPi CM5), enabling seamless system integration and flexible expansion for a wide range of edge AI and industrial automation use cases.

  • Support Dual MIPI CSI-2 Camera Interfaces with two 4-lane MIPI channels provide high-bandwidth connectivity for image sensors or displays
  • Includes a 4-lane SerDes, with one lane dedicated to PCIe Gen2 x1 for seamless integration with Raspberry Pi CM5
  • Equipped with two 64Mb HyperRAM devices for high-speed external memory access
  • Onboard SPI flash enables FPGA configuration and additional storage capabilities
  • Offers Wide Range I/O (WRIO) and High Performance I/O (HPIO) for flexible peripheral expansion
