When using Lattice tools with Lattice Diamond Subscription License, an error is produced when the PC LAN cable is disconnected from the network.

There are two possible causes for this issue.

1. If Floating License is in used, the client machine should always be connected to the network to get the license information from the server while operating the tool.
2. If Node-Locked License is used, the issue is probably related to the license file. You can verify the features available with your current license by using the lmutil lmdiag command.
