Customer Functional Safety (FuSa) package includes a complete set of documents to get up and running quickly.
- Verifiable Functional Safety Certificate from TÜV Rheinland
- Certification Revision List for tools and devices supported under the Functional Safety (FuSa)
- License for Functional Safety (FuSa) Certification
- Diamond/Radiant Evaluation report for Functional Safety Certification
- Diamond/Radiant User Manual for Road Vehicles (Automotive) FuSa (ISO 26262) or Industrial FuSa (IEC 61508)
Note: These are the pre-requisites to request the FuSa Package:
- Software subscription license – Lattice Radiant or Lattice Diamond subscription license which comes with a Serial Number (i.e., 3000xxxxxx)
- Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) – Legal document between Lattice and the customer. Check with your Legal counterparts.
- Design Opportunity Number – Design identifier for Lattice. Check with Lattice sales representative.
