ECP2/M: What are the IO behaviors of the ECP2/M on sysCONFIG ports during device power up?

Basically, all the sysCONFIG pins have hardware default settings as standard LVCMOS IO configuration after power-up. When sysCONFIG pins act as driver, they are 8ma drivers when VCCIO8 @3.3V/2.5V/1.8V. They become 4ma pull up when VCCIO8 @1.5V/1.2V and 8ma pull down.
When sysCONFIG pins act as receiver, they default to LVCMOS input with weak pull up.

The dedicated sysCONFIG pins slew rate is hardwired to FAST. Only a few sysCONFIG pins fall into this category, for example, DONE, INIT, CCLK and TDO.

The multiplexed (dual-functional) sysCONFIG pins have the same hardware default settings as the normal I/O fuse settings. The slew rate is default to SLOW.
