MachXO2: What is the order number of the Feature Row-Bits?

For XO2/XO3L/XO3LF the Feature Bit [15-0] is in order like below:
written/read bit order will be different depending on the port interface (JTAG, SSPI or I2C)

1. If the user use the JTAG port, the shifting order will be LSB (bit 0) first
(MSB) 15 14 13 12 11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 0 (LSB) ->

2. If the user use the SSPI or I2C port, the shifting order will be MSB (bit 15) first
(LSB) 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 (MSB) ->
NOTE: This rule applies for all the instruction/data shifting order (not specific for the feature row)
