The VCCPROG pin only needs power if the LA-ispPAC-POWR1014/A is going to be programmed in circuit with the rest of the board powered down. This pin is provided as a programming option and should
not be powered up when VCCD and VCCA are powered up. The device's programming circuits will work if either VCCD or VCCPROG is powered up. If both VCCD and VCCPROG are powered up at the same time, reset transients can be generated from within the LA-ispPAC-POWR1014/A resulting in undocumented behavior. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that the VCCPROG pin is left floating when VCCD is powered. Please refer to the latest version of the
