In the ispClock5400D family, how are the USER0-USER3 pins configured prior to programming?
The ispClock5400D devices are shipped in the erased state. Prior to initial configuration, the ispClock5410D USER0 - USER3 pin are set as high-Z / input. Configuring these pins as unused in PAC-Designer also sets them to high-Z / input.
