A 1"x1" production ready, tightly integrated System on Module with the Lattice CrosslinkU-NX33 device to significantly reduce customers Time To Market. The device runs the Zephyr OS on a RISCV core and features multiple MIPI channels and a native USB2/3 PHY to enable a wide range of applications including Robotics, Smart cameras, Machine vision and other USB3 applications.

  • Integrated USB2 and USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps) PHY, MIPI D-PHY, LVDS, subLVDS, GigE
  • Single 5V supply, on board power, 16 MB qSPI flash, 32 MB SRAM (Compute flavor), 6 or 14 diff pair option (Connectivity flavor)
  • 25.4mm x 25.4mm, 4mm mated height, mounting pattern for high vibration environments, low-cost & high-density connectors
  • RGB LED, shared between the RP2040 and FPGA
