The Lattice Semiconductor CrossLinkU-NX Evaluation Board is specifically designed as the first FPGAs with integrated USB functionality in its class that feature hardened USB 2.0 and USB 3.2 Gen 1 PHY (physical layer), low power standby with Always-On, and a complete set of reference designs to accelerate USB device implementation on FPGA.
The CrossLinkU-NX Evaluation Board also supports a variety of device security interface and versatile programming I/O available such as I2C, SPI, JTAG, MIPI D-PHY. LVDS and CMOS to allow bringing data in from various sensors and pushing data out through fast interfaces.
USB Feature Support – USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5Gbps), USB 2.0 HS (480 Mbps), FS (12 Mbps) and LS (1.5Mbps) modes.
Always-On Lowers Average Power - Always-ON (AON) feature enables silicon to remain in low power standby (< 70uA, typical ambient temperature) when system is idle and helps to extend battery life and simplify system thermal management. Using AON in a typical client AI application, the average power is reduced 6x (150mW to 25mW).
