Whether ispLEVER will run if the license file is not found, or invalid?
In general, when the license file for ispLEVER is not found or invalid, the project navigator GUI for ispLEVER 7.1 will start up and the most recent project will load in normally. When attempting to run various functionality in ispLever described inside the licensing file such as Synplify, Active HDL, Reveal, Maco IP, FPSC, DSP... those will not run and a Windows pop-up message will say:
"Your 30 days free license has expired"
"Please fax your License File/Registration and License Request Form to Lattice Semiconductor Corp."
Other functionality may run normally, for example, the "Design Planner" and "Edit Preferences" processes can start up and be used to modify the project.
