When only two Serializer/Deserializer (SerDes) channels are running with 1.4 Gbps on LatticeECP3, why is power consumption more than 220mW from power report ?

As per the Tech Note TN1176-LatticeECP3 SERDES/PCS Usage Guide, 110mW is specified per channel for 3.2 Gbps operation. This is the average power out on 4 channels in a quad.This includes four TX/RX channels, plus the auxiliary channel, without per-emphasis and equalization.

When using only two channels, the auxiliary channel power is not averaged out.  So, user will not see 220mW, and it should be a larger value.If per-emphasis or equalization has been implemented, extra power will be used.
