Pre-Boarding:
Before your first day, there are several tasks to complete. Once you pass your background test and enter the onboarding process, you'll receive an email with instructions for the next steps:
Lattice (US) Employees:
- Data Loss Prevention Training & Screening (Not required for all employees, refer to your Onboarding checklist)
- Lattice Policy Review for New Hires
- Non-Disclosure & Proprietary Rights Agreement
- I-9 (E-Verify)
- Orientation
- Labor Code 2810.5 (California-only)
- Tax and financial documents
On-Site First Day Summary:
On your first day, it is important that you bring your identification for completing the I-9 form (see acceptable documents here). You will be welcomed in the lobby at the designated time provided by your HR team, where we will take an employee identification badge photo and review a brief orientation session covering Lattice benefits and policies. Field/Remote First Day Summary:
On your first day, your HR team member will meet with you via Teams to cover Lattice benefits and policies. We request that you have your identification documents available during your meeting with HR for completing the I-9 form (see acceptable documents here).
