Your First Day:
We are excited that you have chosen Lattice Semiconductor as your employer and hope that the excitement of your first day at work continues throughout the duration of your career. On your first day, you are expected to be in our lobby at 8:00AM. You will be welcomed by your Hiring Manager and/or HR Representative. You will then be required to complete New Hire Forms and to submit the pre-employment requirements. After accomplishing the forms, you will attend New Employee Orientation wherein Lattice benefits and policies will be discussed. NEO (New Hire Orientation) will approximately be done in 2 hours. After completing all the necessary checklists and attending NEO, you will be escorted to your new desk.
