Each ispMACH 4000ZE Evaluation Board includes the following:

  • ispMACH 4000ZE CPLD: LC4064ZE-5MN144C
  • On-board programming control, using Lattice MachXO + USB controller
  • LCD panel (2 x 7-segment)
  • 8-bit input switch
  • Status LEDs and 8 utility LEDs
  • 2 generic pushbutton input switches
  • Access to nearly all device I/O
  • Prototyping area
  • Easy isolation of ispMACH 4000ZE device to accurately measure power consumption in any mode.
  • USB Cable for power and programming

You will need the following software to use this evaluation board. These can be downloaded by following the links.

  • ispLEVER Classic to fit your design to the ispMACH 4000ZE
  • ispVM to download your program to the device
