DisplayPort and embedded DisplayPort – DisplayPort VIP Input Board expands the capabilities to include DP support for the VIP ecosystem. The board simplifies the design with an industry proven DP Redriver and utilizes mini DisplayPort connectors for receiving video data.

Low cost direct drive monitors – DisplayPort VIP Input Board uplinks to ECP5 VIP Processor Board and powers the board, no additional power is required. The board can receive DisplayPort 1.4a compliant video stream to support resolutions up to 1080p60.

Rapid development – Bitec’s DisplayPort 1.4 IP is optimized to run on low-power, production-priced ECP5 devices.

  • Supports link rate of 1.62 Gbps or 2.7 Gbps
  • Dual and quad symbol modes support with single, dual, and quad pixel modes
  • 4, 8, 10, 12 & 16-bit color support with RGB or YCbCr formats
  • Optional HDCP support and 8-Channel audio
