PAC-Designer: It is often necessary to send a PAC-Designer design to a colleague, or save it in a revision database. Some device types, such as the Power Manager product families contain multiple files. To aid in organizing these files, PAC-Designer offers features for archiving and extracting all of a design's files into a single ZIP file, which can be easily emailed or managed under a version control system.
To archive a design, select 'Archive Current Project...' from the FILE menu. This will pop up an 'Archive Project' dialog where you can select which design files to include in the archive, and the name and location of the archive file to be generated.
To extract an archived design, select 'Open Archived Project' from the FILE menu and select the project to be opened.
