Lattice only provides OrCAD captured schematic symbols for Lattice FPGA's. Which user can find under respective FPGA product page, section Documentation > Technical Resources > Schematic symbols.
ALTIUM CAD tool has an option for translating complete OrCAD designs, including capture schematics, layout PCB files, and library files through Altium Designer's Import Wizard. User can use this feature present in ALTIUM CAD tool. For more information refer this link.
