XP2 Family Data Sheet. How long it takes the XP2 FPGA to configure depends on the gate density of the device. The Data Sheet provides a table, called
Flash Download Time, that describes the
typical and
maximum configuration times based on device density, and the condition causing the device to be configured.

Flash Download Time" to locate the table in the Data Sheet.
