The Lattice Mach™-N2 Evaluation Board (LN2-MH-20-EVN) is a development board for evaluating the Lattice Mach-N2 low power secure control FPGA on the Nexus™ 2 platform. It supports rapid prototyping with PCIe Gen4 x4, dual FMC (HPC and LPC) expansion, 1G Ethernet, a Raspberry Pi MIPI camera connector, and onboard LPDDR4 memory.

This board features the Mach-N2 device in CBG484 package. It provides expansion options through FMC HPC and LPC connectors, PCIe Gen 4x4 edge finger, 1G Ethernet, and Raspberry Pi Camera connectors. User-friendly resources, such as jumpers, LED indicators, push buttons, and switches, are available for custom applications.

  • General-purpose input/output (GPIO) breakout with two FMC connectors, Ethernet and Raspberry Pi MIPI Camera connectors
  • 94 wide-range I/O pins and 153 high-speed I/O pins
  • USB-B (mini) connection for device programming
  • Eight DIP switches, three push buttons, eight green LEDs and three seven-segment LEDs for designer configuration
  • PCIe Gen4 x4 finger edge
