Windows device manager displays \u201CCode 10: The device cannot start\u201D and unable to install driver making ispVM System unable to communicate

Sometimes ispVM system will not be able to communicate with hardware connected on USB port. This is due to unavailability of proper drivers. Installation of tools and drivers by Lattice require administrative permissions. While installing any USB/Parallel port driver the user might encounter a problem where an error message stating "Code 10: The device cannot start\u201D is displayed. To overcome this user needs to have administrative permissions to use USB port while installing driver.
