Lattice's ispMACH 4000V/Z and ispPAC Power Manager families support the full extended temperature range of -40 to 125°C Ambient (Specified as a Junction Temperature Range of -40 to 130°C). Programmable Logic devices such as ispMACH 4000V/Z are generally used in microcontroller and DSP processor interface logic as well as general purpose interface logic. 

Programmable Analog devices such as ispPAC device are generally used to convert real time control and sensor information into electronic environment for further processing.

The extended temperature 3.3-volt ispMACH 4000V and 1.8-volt ispMACH 4000Z families support a wide range of 3.3V, 2.5V and 1.8V I/O standards and feature 5-volt tolerant I/Os when using the LVCMOS 3.3 interface. The ispMACH 4000V/Z extended temperature range families provide logic density solutions from 32 to 256 macrocells. Lattice supports multiple density-I/O combinations in Thin Quad Flat Pack (TQFP) packages ranging from 44 to 176 pins.

The extended temperature grade ispPAC Power Manager device family consists of 2 pin-compatible devices to provide total power management solutions from 6 to 12 supplies. These devices integrate four programmable blocks: Precision programmable analog threshold comparators, programmable MOSFET drivers, programmable long duration drivers, and a CPLD (derivative of ispMACH4000). Both devices are offered in 44-pin TQFP package.
