Power Management Devices

The Power Manager II family of devices integrate common board power management functions into a single chip.

Key Benefits

  • Costs less than the solution based on single function ICs and saves board space
  • Increases reliability of operation
  • Reduces risk through programmability

Five members of the Power Manager II family, including the award winning ProcessorPM, provide the programmable building blocks required to integrate one or more functions shown above. The PAC-Designer software tool, which can be downloaded for free, is used to implement these functions in software. Designs can be simulated using the Aldec Active-HDL Lattice Web Edition (LWE) simulator.
