This family of devices supports 5Volt power supply operation and has been optimized for fast, cost-effective integration of complex interface logic and signal routing applications. The family provides fast 5.0ns input-to-output speeds, and 143MHz pipelined operating frequencies. The ispGDX™ family consists of devices with 80, 120, and 160 I/Os.
