Sleep Mode Reduces Standby Power to <100µA

During a period of system inactivity the LatticeXP "C" (VCC= 1.8/2.5/3.3V) devices can be placed in sleep mode. A SLEEPN pin controls the mode of the device. During sleep mode the standby current is reduced by over 1000X. Power supplies do not have to be switched, they are in their operating range.

In under 100ns after SLEEPN input is pulled low the device enters into sleep mode. The device wakes up within 2ms after the SLEEPN input is pulled high.
