LatticeECP2M Partner and Interoperability Activities

Gigabit Ethernet

Gigabit Ethernet SERDES

  • Broadcom® StrataXGS® Family
The Broadcom StrataXGS® BCM56800 network switch is a high-density, 10-Gigabit Ethernet switching chip solution with 20 ports. Each of these flexible ports supports 10-Gigabit Ethernet or 1-Gigabit Ethernet. Additionally, the BCM56800 integrates all the SerDes required to interface to applicable copper and fiber physical interfaces.

LatticeECP2M’s flexiPCS (Physical Coding Sublayer) when configured in the Gigabit Ethernet mode can be connected directly to the Broadcom StrataXGS family products through a Gigabit Ethernet SERDES.

  • Marvell Alaska Family
The Marvell Alaska transceivers are the first single-port Gigabit Ethernet devices to address the full range of demands for lower power dissipation, reduced PCB real estate, simplified layout, and higher performance.

LatticeECP2M’s flexiPCS (Physical Coding Sublayer) when configured in the Gigabit Ethernet mode can be connected directly to the Marvell Alaska family products through a Gigabit Ethernet SERDES.
