This module includes the LatticeECMP2M-50 device on a low profile module that can accommodate advanced data processing and embedded applications. It includes memory, high speed SERDES channels, and may include Linux, making it perfect for embedded applications development.

  • High Speed Links: x4 SERDES at 3.125Gb/s
  • Configuration Memory: 16Mb SPI Flash
  • Oscillator: High Quality Local Oscillator
  • Clock: 8 low jitter cascadable PLL and 2 DLL
  • sysMEM Blocks: 66 / 114 / 225
  • sysDSP Blocks: 24 / 32 / 88
  • Supply Voltage: single 3.3V
