The Lattice ORSPI4 Field-Programmable System Chip (FPSC) combines the flexibility of FPGA with the performance of dedicated ASIC IP on one chip to provide a powerful SPI4.2 solution. Combining two OIF-compliant System Packet Interface, Level 4, Phase 2 (SPI4.2) interface blocks, a high-speed memory controller, 4 channels of 600 Mbits/s to 3.7 Gbits/s SERDES with 8b/10b encoding/decoding, and over 16K programmable logic elements, the ORSPI4 FPSC provides a complete SPI4.2 solution that can be easily configured to meet your needs. Evaluating the performance of this solution in your lab environment is now made easier with the Lattice ORSPI4 evaluation board.

Device Support

You will need the following software to use this board:

• ispLEVER for design, fitting, place & route of Lattice programmable devices
• ispVM to download your program to the device
• FPSC configuration software to use the optional ORCAstra GUI
