The high performance ispMACH 4000 family from Lattice offers a SuperFAST CPLD solution. The ispMACH 4000 family includes 3.3-, 2.5-and 1.8-volt power supply versions, designated the ispMACH 4000V, ispMACH 4000B and ispMACH 4000C devices, respectively.
Based on the ispMACH 4000 architecture, Lattice has also developed the industry's lowest static power CPLD family, ispMACH 4000Z. The ispMACH 4000V and ispMACH 4000Z families also support the automotive temperature range. The ispMACH 4000 devices couple industry leading speed performance with the lowest dynamic power consumption available while supporting I/O standards between 3.3 and 1.8 volts.
The ispMACH 4000V/B/C families offer densities ranging from 32 to 512 macrocells. There are multiple density-I/O combinations in Thin Quad Flat Pack (TQFP) and Fine Pitch BGA (fpBGA) packages ranging from 44 to 256 pins/balls.
