Why does the user can't have a result when creating IP using Clarity?

It is because the file or directory Linux system library file is missing.
The user can install libXScrnSaver (X11 Screen Saver extension library) on the CentOS7 as following:

sudo yum install libXScrnSaver

This workaround will help to fix the issue.
