Overview

The Power Manager II family of products offers a versatile solution to power supply monitoring and control. The family includes small, low cost devices intended for simple control algorithms with few supplies to larger devices with features such as I2C and voltage trimming for systems that use multiple supply rails and require a high level of voltage accuracy.

PAC-Designer is a software tool that provides intuitive and user friendly interface to enable implementation of power management algorithms in minutes. Each device is presented as a top-level block diagram with sub-dialogs allowing access to the configuration of that section of the device.

This seminar provides a guided tour at how PAC-Designer is used to configure the POWR1014A, a mid-sized member of the Power Manager II family.
