ECP3 Overview

Overview

This presentation summarizes the features and positioning of the recently added 3rd generation high value ECP3 FPGA to the Lattice line of SRAM-based FPGAs. Features such as 3.2Gbps SERDES, large amounts of on-chip Embedded Block Ram (6.8Mb), low power operation, and high performance DSP functionality are some of the capabilities discussed in the presentation. The ECP3 FPGAs are shipping in production.
