LatticeXP2 FPGA FAMILY RECOGNIZED BY EDN MAGAZINE AS A "HOT 100" PRODUCT–True Non-Volatile FPGAs are Among the “Best and the Brightest” Products of 2007–HILLSBORO, OR - DECEMBER 17, 2007 - Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: LSCC) today announced that EDN magazine has selected the LatticeXP2™ family of non-volatile FPGAs as a 2007 “Hot 100” product. The LatticeXP2 family combines a Look-up Table (LUT)-based FPGA fabric with Flash non-volatile cells on a 90nm process technology, in an architecture called flexiFLASH™.
