Huawei Technologies Honors Lattice for its Customer Support 

Huawei Technologies has awarded Lattice with the Supply Support Award, recognizing excellent delivery support in 2008.

Huawei Technologies expressed its special appreciation for Lattice’s high level of delivery service along with meeting Huawei’s often urgent delivery requests. Huawei also made special mention of Lattice’s product quality and reliability, and noted the active involvement of Lattice’s senior management in its customer relationships.

This award is given very selectively by Huawei, so this is particularly gratifying recognition for Lattice. “The major accounts team deals with our sales force and Huawei directly,” said Dana Reardon, Director of Major Accounts. “However, there are so many people behind the scenes that make it possible to provide such a high level of service and support to Huawei.  We are committed to this superior level of service for all Lattice customers.”
