Worldwide Exhibitions Showcase Latest Lattice Products

Embedded World Exhibition & Conference, Nuremberg, Germany

The Embedded World Exhibition & Conference was held February 13-15 in Nuremberg, Germany. This was the third time Lattice has participated in this exhibition.

A record number of approximately 600 exhibitors from 29 countries were present at Embedded World, with comprehensive product portfolios from the embedded industry – hardware, software, tools and services. Some 14,000 attendees were able to get a detailed picture of the present and future of embedded technologies.

At the Lattice booth, our complete product portfolio was presented, with emphasis on our award winning LatticeECP2M FPGA family and our PCI Express design solutions.

In addition to the exhibition there was an impressive conference program, including in-depth tutorials on Open Source for Embedded Systems and Wireless Technologies, which brought many visitors interested in our LatticeXP FPGA and LatticeMico32 embedded processor products to the Lattice booth.

Embedded Systems Conference, San Jose, California

Bay Area Sales, Field Applications and Marketing joined forces in San Jose April 3-5 to staff the Lattice booth at the Embedded Systems Conference Silicon Valley. The “ESC” is billed as the embedded industry’s largest event, and preliminary figures suggest that some 6,000 engineers attended, with over 300 electronics companies exhibiting.

The Lattice booth featured demonstrations of our LatticeMico32 embedded processor, PCI Express design solutions using our Intellectual Property (IP) cores, our LatticeECP2M FPGAs and our power and clock management mixed signal products.

Lattice was present in the technical conference as well as on the exhibit floor. Gordon Hands, director of strategic marketing for Lattice Silicon Valley, presented his paper, “High-Performance Image Interfaces in Low-Cost Programmable Logic.”
