Lattice CEO Meets the Press in US, Europe and Asia to Present Strategic Priorities

Lattice President and CEO Darin G. Billerbeck met with journalists in the US, Europe and Asia in May to introduce himself and to discuss the strategies that have emerged from planning sessions that began shortly after Darin joined Lattice in November 2010.

During press meetings in Munich, London, Taipei, Tokyo, Seoul and Beijing, Darin emphasized that Lattice’s focus is on providing low cost, low power and innovative programmable logic design solutions. That focus is supported by Lattice’s strategic priorities:

• Extend Lattice’s Low Power and Low Cost Leadership
  - Lattice’s technology and product targets are driven by these priorities
• Excel in Low Density and Mid-Range FPGAs and Mixed Signal Power/Platform Manger Devices
  - Lattice has a unique focus on these markets
  - Lattice intends to maintain its strategic advantage as competitors focus on high-density solutions 
•  Increase the Rate of New Product Development and Delivery
  - Drive IP reuse and standardization
  - Pursue a “Platform + Derivative” strategy

At each press meeting, journalists were enthusiastic about Lattice’s products and technologies; most remained well after the conclusion of Darin’s presentation to ask questions and gain more insight into Lattice’s position in the industry and its plans for the future.
