Industry and Technology Veteran Hans Schwarz Joins Lattice Board of DirectorsHans Schwarz, a former Xilinx Vice President, joined the Lattice Board of Directors June 4. Until July 2007, Mr. Schwarz served as Xilinx’s Vice President of Business Strategy and Corporate Development. Between 1995 and 2007, Mr. Schwarz was responsible for Xilinx’s corporate strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, venture investments and corporate partnerships.
Mr. Schwarz was most recently with The Galleon Group as Managing Director of the Galleon Crossover Fund, where he was responsible for searching and selecting innovative, technology- or market-leading companies for venture funding. Mr. Schwarz also worked with and guided the management of selected companies on strategic as well as operational issues.

Mr. Schwarz holds a BS in both Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Santa Clara University.
