Q: Which types of video interface solutions does Lattice offer?

A: As the need for digital video processing grows, Lattice has several digital video related IP solutions to offer. The most recent IP solution makes use of the LatticeECP2M SERDES function in a Multi-rate SMPTE SDI implementation. Other digital video related IP solutions include the Color Space Converter and Gamma Corrector. In addition, a 7:1 LVDS video interface reference design is available for those interested in transferring video across a LVDS interface via the general purpose FPGA I/O using the low cost LatticeECP2 or LatticeXP2 FPGA families.

Q: Which DDR2 memory speeds can Lattice FPGAs support?

A: DDR2 memory support is available on the LatticeECP2/M, LatticeXP2 and LatticeSC/M device families with each family supporting different maximum DDR2 memory speeds. Below is a summary of the data rates and links to more information on the DDR2 memory controller for each family.
