ispLEVER 8.0 Service Pack 1 Available Now

Update includes enhanced support of LatticeECP3 devices, enhanced product features and more.

We are pleased to announce the latest upgrade for the ispLEVER FPGA design software – version 8.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1). This important upgrade includes:

• Updated LatticeECP3-150EA device values to production silicon
• Support of additional pin placements for LatticeECP3 DDR generic interfaces
• Support of two additional DDR generic interface topologies for LatticeECP3 that allow more use of the plentiful PLL resources resulting in more flexible implementation
• Updated support for LatticeECP3 family DDR Memory Interfaces for DDR3
• The ispVM System software has been upgraded to version 17.7.1 which adds support for LFE3-70EA, LFE3-95EA and LFE3-150EA devices.
• Many enhancements to the Synopsys® Synplify Pro® for Lattice synthesis tool to improve quality of results through the use of LatticeECP3 sysDSP Block cascading feature
• Update of the Aldec® Active-HDL™ Lattice Edition mixed language simulation tool
